This commemorative wearable art piece was made in honor of African Spa Day & Encore, two wellness mixers held at Roosevelt Baths & Spa in Saratoga Springs, NY.  In 2024, four women-owned businesses came together to host this wellness mixer to encourage and promote rest, relaxation, and rejuvenation using African wellness practices.

This piece is a visual representation of the rejuvenation process and was made to remind its wearer to take time out of her busy schedule to rest and relax and to always devote time to invest in self-love and self-care.

These handmade lever back earrings are made from silver plated brass metal and from silver tone, cubic zirconia, rhinestones, metal, and salvaged beads.
