Product Origin, Inspiration, & Artistic Meaning

This veneered jewelry box was inspired by the St. Pauls Center  of Rensselaer, NY.  This shelter provides a temporary home to women and children who were left without a place to call home.

The Home Maker set is an artistic collaboration between Salvage & Shine and Tom Nardi Designs.  The Home Maker jewelry boxes were co-designed by Tom Nardi and Alessandra Payne and were constructed by Tom Nardi.

The Home Maker Jewelry box was made to remind its owner that home is where ever s/he goes and to guard her heart like s/he would guard her home.
